The A-One Insurance Group (AOIG) has developed a free claims’ app to support clients with incidents across multiple areas of cover to assist with their claim process whilst also speeding up the whole claims process.
The app called A One Insurance Claims, is available for both Apple, smart phones and android devices and covers all property and motor claims at present. Allowing 24/7 access to upload details when it is most convenient to the client and can be used as a prompt to capture the key information needed to support a claim.
Developed in response to clients’ changing demands on availability and interaction, the app has been specifically designed to speed up a claim’s process and add flexibility to the way in which AOIG engages with its clients.
Group Operations Director, Sarah Eades, said: “Claims can happen at any time, of the day or night and our newly created app allows our clients to be walked through the claims process when reporting an event to enable them to provide relevant details and submit photos immediately, at any time, all from your phone or tablet. It is available for anyone holding a property or motor policy with us.”

“You can record the time and location of a claim. If you are at the scene of the incident, you can use GPS to pinpoint the precise location, select the cause of damage, give incident details, be prompted for 3rd party details, take photographs and give an approximate cost of damage incurred. It’s easy to add witnesses and additional information, such as a crime reference number.
“Having all the relevant information to hand is not only important when the unexpected happens, but also offers reassurance through knowing that an accurate record of your information will go directly to us once you have reviewed it for submission. All of which will assist in reducing the length of time for a claim to be settled.”
