As if the benefits of a new Audi weren’t enough, Poole Audi – the UK’s largest Audi terminal – has introduced a new initiative that will see customers receive a year of additional rewards, through membership of ‘Audivantage’.
Proud owners of a new 19-plate Audi registered this March will enjoy monthly benefits that take advantage of the stunning facilities that Poole Audi has available in-house.
For the owner, these include; 12 complimentary 30-minute salon treatments, use of the Poole Audi gym, changing facilities and complimentary refreshments in the mezzanine Audi Lounge – and for the new Audi itself; 12 car washes. Appointments for the beauty treatments and car washes can be booked monthly through the dedicated Audivantage website.
New car sales manager, Elliot Onaran, said: “We aim to offer an exceptional customer experience throughout the whole purchase process, and we are always looking for ways to improve our proposition. Audivantage has allowed us to promote our facilities to customers, and encourage them to take advantage throughout the year by way of a thank you for purchasing a new Audi.
“If successful, we will be adding benefits from our partners and exclusive events as the programme develops.”
Audivantage is being trialed during March and will develop as the year progresses. Poole Audi expects to engage with over 200 new Audi owners during the March trial period.
