We are pleased to invite you to our Annual General Meeting, which this year will be held on Thursday 12th December at the Hermitage Hotel.
The AGM provides a perfect opportunity for members who may otherwise be unable to attend our events to meet the Office-bearers and have a general update on Chamber activities. Attendance is free and all members are encouraged to attend, please click here to book your place.
As part of our commitment to good governance, our Articles allow for some of the present officers to stand-down at the AGM (although they are eligible for re-election where applicable). You are invited to consider whether you wish to be nominated (or whether you wish to propose or second fellow members) to serve in the capacity as an Elected Ambassador.
Elected Ambassadors are nominated, seconded and appointed by members (who vote at the AGM). A description of the role of elected Ambassadors and nomination forms can be found below.
Please send completed forms to the Chamber offices by Thursday 31st October.
Please note that registration for the AGM will start at 10:00am with light refreshments available before the formal proceedings, which will commence at 10:30am and conclude at approximately 11:30am.
