A friendly group of talented professionals dedicated to serving the Dorset business community.
Many businesses are using these testing times as an opportunity to look at new businesses models and new ways of working. That’s why we have created the Business Buddy Programme.
Business Buddies are volunteers from the business community who are happy to give their time freely to other Dorset Chamber members to be that friend in business and act as a sounding board.
This isn’t a business advice or mentoring service. It’s designed to provide business help and support in a very informal way. There is no charge and the service is exclusive to Dorset Chamber members.
How you and your Business Buddy work together is up to you; it could be a weekly video call for half an hour or it could be a monthly catch-up.
Identify who you’d like as a Business Buddy, contact Steve Bulley or David Banks and we’ll connect you.
Business Buddies have signed an agreement which includes a confidentiality clause regarding any businesses they engage with as well as a requirement that this is not an opportunity to sell services.
Please note Dorset Chamber is not making any representation or warranty about the suitability, skills or compatibility of any introduction facilitated or otherwise arising from the [‘Buddy’] scheme and it is incumbent on all parties who participate to regulate the terms and scope of any co-operation or engagement that is concluded by them. The Dorset Chamber accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any such agreement and by accepting an introduction or using the [‘Buddy’] scheme the relevant parties agree to hold the Dorset Chamber harmless in respect thereof
