A firm of property tax specialists has been shortlisted as a finalist for a prestigious national award.
Dorset Chamber of Commerce & Industry members E3 Consulting is a contender for the Best Independent Tax Consultancy Firm prize at the Tolley’s Taxation Awards 2019.
E3, which this year is concluding its 15th anniversary celebrations, is one of just five finalists for the sought-after award.
It is the firm’s fourth shortlisting in the last 10 years – having previously won the category in 2011.
E3 Consulting hit the headlines earlier this year when it was revealed it has generated more than £170 million of tax savings for clients while advising on £1.9 billion of project expenditures over it 15-year existence.
Managing director Alun Oliver said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have again been shortlisted for this prestigious tax award. The E3 team has worked hard over the last 12 months to help our clients find their way through some truly complex tax legislation.

The awards are administered by Tolley, the century-old provider of practical tax and accountancy guidance, in-depth reference materials, exam training and exclusive market insights in the UK.
Beginning in 2001, the awards quickly became recognised as marks of excellence within the tax sector due to the high quality and quantity of entries and the prizes are now sought-after by UK tax professionals.

The glitzy awards ceremony takes place on Thursday May 16 at London’s distinguished Hilton Hotel on Park Lane where the winners will be announced.
E3 Consulting advises on project across the UK from both its Southampton and London offices, working with property investors, developers, owner occupiers and private family offices or investors to mitigate their tax through property tax allowances or other incentives, exemptions or reliefs.
