Brewhouse and Kitchen in Poole welcomes the arrival of new General Manager, Tom Harrison.
Coming from an illustrious background in hospitality, spanning 15 years, Tom moved to Dorset in 2013 with his new wife. “As one of the UK’s leading companies in its field Brewhouse and Kitchen is an exciting prospect for any manager and was a very easy decision for me to make when the opportunity arose. Since arriving at the beginning of December we have been non-stop and it’s great to the local communities affinity towards the pub”!.
Brewhouse and Kitchen have 23 sites across the country with plans to expand further in the years to come. “I’m excited to see the business in Poole grow and develop, we have already added some great new personalities to our team both front of house and the kitchen and we want to build a great place to visit, we have so many unique points, we make beer on site in our micro-brewery, guests can experience a full day of brewing, have a Beer Masterclass with one of our beer specialists or even experience our newly launched Gin Masterclasses. There is a real buzz around the place since Christmas!”
Tom and his team will be working in the coming months to raise money for Julia’s House and Poole Hospital with an Easter fund raising weekend. “We want to raise as much money for these charities as we can. They are both excellent options, deserving of some focus. The community is very important to us and supporting local causes and businesses is a something we’re eager to help with.”
