Chapman Lily Planning continue to grow!

Chapman Lily Planning welcomes two new Associate Directors to its expanding team.

John Hammond joins from Savills, having had an illustrious career in local government in North Dorset and Wiltshire.  Alan Davies joins from Dorset Council where he was Head of Development Management for the Purbeck Area.

Founding Director Brett Spiller, commented ‘We are delighted to have attracted planners of this calibre; both John and Alan have excellent knowledge of the planning system and  perhaps more importantly, a reputation for helping people and businesses navigate their way through its complexities!’.

The company, based in Wareham, is celebrating its fifth year of trading and is proud to be working on an exciting array of high profile projects.  These include several town centre regeneration sites in Bournemouth and Poole, as well as mixed-use developments in north Poole and elsewhere the south coast which are helping to strengthen communities and create successful places in which to work, live and play.  Director Giles Moir added: ‘This year has got off to an excellent start, we’ve already started work on the initial phases of two business parks in Poole and Taunton, as well as a project to rejuvenate the Lyndhurst Park Hotel in the New Forest’.

Chapman Lily joined the Dorset Chamber shortly after incorporation and the team are extremely grateful for the support and opportunities that membership has provided.  We would also like to thank our clients for their continued patronage and many referrals.  Here’s to the next 5 years!
