Top-tier Dorset solicitors Steele Raymond are celebrating after one of their leading commercial partners has been shortlisted for The Legal 500 UK Awards 2020.
Company & Commercial partner Paula Eckton has been shortlisted for the ‘Corporate and Commercial: Individual (Outside London) of the Year’ at the prestigious awards in London in February 2020.
The Legal 500 Awards 2020 recognises and rewards the best legal teams and individuals over the past year. The awards are handed to the region’s best legal practitioners, based on one of the most comprehensive research undertakings into the UK legal market. The Legal 500 conducted over 70,000 interviews to determine the winners, who will be invited to a dinner in London, to celebrate with their peers.
Paula specialises in advising on complex corporate and commercial transactions for a wide range of businesses from start-ups to multi-nationals. Throughout her 18-year career she has developed significant expertise in all aspects of commercial contracts including franchising, outsourcing and data protection together with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
