Creditplus has completed the refit of a three-story, 12,000sqft commercial complex at Willis Way, Poole.
The new head office will house the majority of the company’s colleagues, with additional teams based at a satellite office in Fareham, Hampshire and vehicle preparation facility in Holes Bay, Poole.
Since acquiring the building in Q4 2019, Creditplus have overhauled the interior, providing employees with an innovative space equipped with dedicated training facility, casual dining room and breakout areas. With close proximity to the adjoining gym, Creditplus will further support wellbeing with access to corporate membership and flexible working.

COVID-19 delayed the refurbishment of Willis Way by several months, but Creditplus have seen robust business levels throughout the pandemic. For years, Creditplus’ core offering of quality-checked used cars delivered to customer’s door has proved popular. In recent months, it’s proved invaluable to key workers and those needing vehicles for essential travel. Creditplus now operate a contactless delivery and ensure all vehicles are sterilised during preparation.
The new head office will allow Creditplus to manage an influx in demand by recruiting additional sales positions and ensure all colleagues have a safe and socially-distanced working environment.
