New owner Kandiah Vijayakumar has completed on the purchase of Eastbury House care home in Sherborne, Dorset with the aid of Morris Lane, Chartered Accountants.
The home is situated across two floors with two rooms in annexes within the grounds. It is registered for 20 residents, with each enjoying their own room.
The home was previously owned by Pat Appleyard, who has retired after 45 years running Eastbury House. CQC rated the home as Good across four of the KLOE with an Outstanding achieved for Responsiveness. Having operated to this high standard, the full time manager remains in place, along with her well established team of dedicated staff.
This is the second home that Morris Lane have successfully assisted Mr Vijayakumar purchase, having helped with his initial home in Castle Cary.
