On the 18th April, DREW attended the CCS Awards held in London and were awarded a Bronze accolade for the exceptional efforts of the Project Team on their affordable housing scheme in Palmerston Road, Boscombe.
The project comprised 11 two and three bedroom homes for shared ownership, and was the first shared ownership scheme delivered by Bournemouth Borough Council.
The award recognises their respect and consideration for the local community and employee welfare, with the final CCS site inspection gaining an impressive score of 42.
