Using the correct Incoterm is an essential part of any international trade contract. This course will review the current 2010 version, highlighting the main revisions and ensures that import/export personnel are kept up-to-date with significant developments.
Incoterms® 2010 will help importers and exporters avoid costly misunderstandings by clearly defining the responsibilities of sellers and buyers for the delivery of goods. Incoterms® rules are regularly incorporated into sales contracts worldwide, as they clearly identify which party is responsible for the costs, risks, delivery and obligations for the goods during their transit.
