Operational 24/7 365 days a year, supporting calls for over 1 million vehicles in the Automotive industry they provide fully outsourced, fully managed solutions for driver support, fleet administration and connected car, keeping vehicles and drivers on the road for longer.

The extension of their portfolio of online solutions has allowed them to keep up with the increasingly prominent needs of Mobility as a Service and Connected Car in the industry.

The Group have developed many sophisticated and intelligent products from systems that enable dealerships, leasing companies, manufacturer and fleet management organisations to take back control to apps that revolutionise business mobility and digitise driver support.

Many of the Group’s clients have decided to take advantage of the new service offerings because of the ever-increasing industry and contact centre managed service demands. There has been increasing uptake in services such as Service Booking, Out of Hours and Surveys.

As well as this the Group are currently tendering for contracts with several new customers for Service Booking, Out of Hours and MOT Management.
