Greendale complete at Christchurch Sailing Club

The Small Works sector of Dorset Chartered Builders, Greendale Construction Limited, has successfully completed accessibility works at Christchurch Sailing Club, opening up areas of the building previously not fully utilised as well as enabling easier access for all.

The works, which were completed on time and handed over on 5 July 2019, included the installation of a new Titan lift; enlarging of the doorway to the clubroom with new light oak and glass double doors; installation of a new light oak staircase; new doors to the galley and disabled toilet as well as the installation of new sanitaryware and baby changing facilities in the disabled toilet; replacement of ceramic tiles in the ladies and gents toilets, as well as reinstalling the fob entry system on the new sliding doors.  Plastering of the ceiling to the new meeting room, and painting, decorating with new carpet and flooring throughout.
