Dorset Chartered Builders, Greendale Construction Limited, has confirmed its presence in Hampshire with the opening of a second office in Winchester.
After collecting the keys in March 2020, Greendale Contracts Manager / Quantity Surveyor, Nick Child, will take on the responsibility of managing the second office. Other team members will work between both offices, and a recruitment drive for Hampshire based Site Managers and operatives is well underway.
The award-winning firm, who also hold a Gold Investors in People Accreditation, has secured more and more work north and east of Dorset, with projects completed recently in Andover, Whitchurch, Fawley, Aldershot and Windsor. Greendale remain on a framework with Hampshire County Council, delivering SCOLA re-cladding works to several government-funded schools across the county.
