DJS (UK) Limited has been honoured with three award wins at the Best Business Awards 2018.
The Best Business Awards are marketed and administered by AwardsIntelligence, the world’s leading provider of business awards and personal honours services, providing news, information and support to progressive individuals and organisations across the world.
The Bournemouth-based fintech company scooped the awards in the following categories:
- Best Customer Focus – awarded for its purpose-built Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which provides customers with the correct outcomes and eliminates human error where possible. The CRM system has boosted contact agents’ productivity and customer satisfaction levels are higher.
- Best Information Technology – the company’s new underwriting platform and scorecard allows a more accurate assessment of how creditworthy a customer is. All customer information is held in one place, which helps efficiency within the team.
- Best Small to Medium-sized Business – for making improvements in all aspects of its business performance. The rate of service exceeding customer expectations has also risen from 54 per cent to 89 per cent within 2018.
