Innovative Hire and Seventa Events join forces to create three Unique Pop-up Bars at the Bournemouth Air Festival.

Combining their creative skills and knowledge, Innovative Hire and Seventa Events worked together to design and build three unique pop-up areas with live entertainment and local food traders during the Bank Holiday weekend and Bournemouth Air Festival.

These three venues were situated in prime locations in and around the Festival and included The Beach Bar, The Garden Bar and The Clifftop Bar.

Located directly on Bournemouth Beach; next to the iconic pier, the Beach Bar proved to be a massive draw to both locals and tourists alike. With a mix of rustic furniture, colourful picnic benches, hammocks and bright oil drums the bar provided a large outdoor seating space for guests to relax and enjoy both the Bank Holiday weekend and the Bournemouth Air Festival. A converted 40ft shipping container provided a high volume, fast service bar with a wide range of drinks available and custom made Beach Huts served as food huts for local traders – with a delicious range of Beach Burgers, Loaded Fries and Frozen Yoghurt on offer.

With Warner Edwards as the sponsor The Garden Bar provided a sophisticated retreat for guests in the Lower Bournemouth Gardens. With an extensive menu of Warner Edwards signature flavoured gins, along with Prosecco cocktails the aim was to create the perfect summer garden bar. A striped marquee, rustic furniture, hay bales, vintage garden games and beautiful floral planters created a serene space for guests to enjoy the festival. Working closely with Mai Tai, the experienced bar tenders created wonderful and unique gin and prosecco cocktails whilst Warner Edwards providing complimentary sampling of their latest gin flavours.

Finally The Clifftop Bar was a vintage haven located on Bournemouth Eastcliff, featuring a wooden vintage pallet bar, stretch tent marquee, handmade bunting and plenty of up-cycled and vintage seating. This large outdoor area offered stunning views of the festival, with guests also being treated to live entertainment and amazing local street food vendors offering Chicken & Blues wraps, crepes and milkshakes and Loaded Fries. A converted Caravan Bar serving cider and beer provided a unique option for those visitors passing by The Clifftop Bar.

With over a million people visiting the Bournemouth Air Festival this year, both Innovative Hire and Seventa Events are extremely pleased with the response the pop-up bars received and are already looking towards planning for 2019!
