Inspire Business Forum focuses on UX!

South Coast Accountancy Firm, Inspire, are hosting a thought-provoking forum for the business community surrounding the importance of keeping customers at the heart of business.

With guest speaker, Ali Carmichael, Co-Founder of Experience UX, in November at Parkstone Yacht Club.

Entitled, ‘When it comes to Customer Experience, the customer is forgotten’, the event will bring business leaders from across in an exclusive, panoramic setting to learn about a more human and empathetic approach to user experience.

With 20 years’ practice in the digital sector and clients including Vitality, The Open University and Brittany Ferries, Ali Carmichael is a champion of customer empathy and specialises in understanding human behaviour to design user-centric services. He believes that services designed with customers at their heart will succeed through the next decade, and those who pay it lip service will soon be found out.

Ali said: “With all the latest technology and customer experience ‘strategies’, businesses quickly forget that customers are people. They are not numbers. They are not fads. They are humans. I believe that the companies that honestly care about customers will find it easier to navigate through this noise, and have a better chance of longer-term success. This is what the forum is all about, and I’m excited to get the discussion rolling.”

Chris Downing, Director of Inspire added: ‘In such a competitive business environment, knowing how to look after customers is so vital, whatever the sector. It will be great to hear practical advice from Ali, that not only the attendees can benefit from, but also what we can use to give to our clients an event better service’.

The forum is Inspire’s third breakfast forum of the year, and yet another opportunity for the business community to come together, share their knowledge, and learn from inspiring thought leaders. To register your interest and be part of the Inspire breakfast forum, get in touch by calling
