Lester Aldridge trainees qualify as solicitors

Lester Aldridge is pleased to announce the qualification of three trainee solicitors into teams across the South Coast law firm.

Samantha Smith joins the Real Estate Development team at the firm’s Southampton office. Gerard Chalkly-Maber joins the Corporate team and Pauline Belloni joins the Healthcare team, both based in Bournemouth.

Lester Aldridge has an excellent reputation for the quality of its trainee scheme which offers four seats across the firms’ three offices during a two year period. The firm has been awarded accolades by The Lex 100 for “the exposure to high-quality work” (Lex 100 Winner), a “very good support network” and great “work/life balance”.

The firm’s Managing Partner, Matthew Barrow, praised the newly qualified team saying: “Congratulations to our newly qualified solicitors, I am pleased to welcome them into permanent positions. We see our trainees as the future of the firm and look to keep them on after qualification wherever possible.”

The firm has seen a particularly busy period for recruitment in recent months, having taken on Associates Lara Farrell and Claire Long in the Real Estate group, as well as Solicitor David Leach in the Bournemouth Marine team (LA Marine) and Solicitor Karmen Ko in the London Private Client team.
