In August 2020 Mploy celebrates the 09th birthday of our thriving Healthcare Division!
Mploy were established in 2001 by founders Mark Nash, Matt Swift and Dan Keogh, in July 2011 they recruited our Healthcare Director Anne Banks to set up the healthcare division based in our existing Christchurch office. Anne worked very hard to get the Mploy name known in the previously untapped local healthcare marketplace and due to the high level of success of the division we were able to open our second healthcare office location in Salisbury in 2019.
Our Healthcare division specialises in the supply of Healthcare Assistants, Registered Nurses and Support Workers to residential and nursing homes across the Dorset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire regions, covering shifts when extra support is required.
Anne Banks comments:
“It has been an interesting 9 years, it was a big challenge at the start getting the Mploy name known in a marketplace we had not previously operated in; but very quickly our clients and candidates responded well to the honest, open and flexible approach we have as a business and our reputation grew immeasurably.
Needless to say, 2020 has been a very testing time for the Health & Social care industry during COVID-19, but we have successfully supported our clients and temporary workers with the vital work that they do and thank each and every one of them for their efforts. We pride ourselves on our motto ‘Proud to Care’ and as such try and offer a personal, bespoke and comprehensive service to all of our clients.”
The last 9 years have seen a constant period of successful growth for Mploy Healthcare and we are looking forward to more exciting plans over the coming months and years.
