The Bournemouth and Basingstoke facilities of Store & Secure Self-storage have renewed their British Quality Standard approvals BS EN 15696:2008.
Lucy Maidman said: “After three years it appears we are still the only solely self-storage company to hold the accreditation. We know companies that provide both removals and storage have gained the standard, but it really does seem that we are the only self-storage company with it.
“The quality assurance system has given us sharper processes, documents and manuals… and more importantly our customers can have rock-solid confidence and trust in the way we operate.
“Three years into the BSI quality standard, our processes continue to discipline our systems and bring everything together to present an altogether fantastic service to our customers.”
