Purple HR Director Becomes Chair of the Board of Trustees at Pavilion Dance South West

Mandy Fitzmaurice, director of Purple HR, has been promoted to Chair of the Board of Trustees at Pavilion Dance South West

Mandy Fitzmaurice has been recently named Chair of the Board of Trustees at Pavilion Dance South West after five years aiding the organisation as a trustee.  As Chair of the Board, Mandy will use her extensive knowledge and experience in HR, to oversee the organisation’s strategic and operational matters plus aid in the development of Pavilion Dance South West’s staff. She will also continue to help with the development of HR policies, provide advice on employment law and support all aspects of organisational change in the Bournemouth-based centre.

Pavilion Dance South West is the National Dance Development Organisation for the South West of England, supporting regional dance strategy development and representing the South West Dance sector nationally. In their Bournemouth-based venue, Pavilion Dance South West hosts more than 40 dance classes a week as well as professional and community dance performances, film screenings, exhibitions and artist residencies.
