Smith & Williamson Expands The South Coast Office With New Business Outsourcing Service Offering

With an increasing focus on scale up and entrepreneurial businesses, the South Coast office of Smith & Williamson has recently recruited Attiyah Bajar to focus exclusively on developing the business outsourcing service in this office, which is already offered nationally by the firm.

The need for scaling businesses, which can often be beneath the audit threshold, to have access to high quality accounting expertise, coupled with the access to the wide services offered by Smith & Williamson, makes the recruitment of Attiyah an exciting time in the development of the South Coast office.  Jamie Lane, scale-up lead  will oversee Attiyah in her new role.

Having just celebrated one year in the new office at Cumberland Place, the focus on business outsourcing further cements the commitment of the firm to the South Coast. After the acquisition of the private client tax practice from Grant Thornton earlier in the year as well as development of a dedicated transaction services business.

Attiyah said “I’m delighted to be joining Smith & Williamson to work with Jamie to bring the BOS offering to the local office.”

Jamie said “The firm as a whole continues to focus on the scale up agenda, and therefore it is imperative that we are able to support our clients through the lifecycle of their business, so bringing Attiyah on board is a welcome addition to the team,”
