Supporting local charities and businesses back to work

b4b marketing donates face coverings to local good causes

Digital marketing agency, b4b marketing in Poole has donated reusable face masks to three local charities and will donate 10% of all proceeds to their chosen charity from clients ordering masks as part of their business’ return to work safety measures.

The latest Government advice that came into effect on the 13th May 2020, suggests that people wear face coverings on public transport, shops and in places where social distancing is not possible. The reusable masks supplied by b4b marketing will help to slow the spread of germs and diseases, without impacting essential medical grade PPE supplies needed for frontline workers.

“Our clients are keen to get their staff back to work at the right time and with the right safety measures in place, so to help them we’ve added plain or branded face masks to our range and we’re shipping out to clients and businesses across the UK daily.” says Anthony Tilley, Managing Director of b4b based on the Albany Business Park in Poole.

“As a Poole based business, we wanted to donate masks to local charities to allow them to keep supporting the people they care for and we have decided to also donate 10% of proceeds from the sale of the masks to the Poole Hospital Heroes charity.”

Fifty masks have been delivered to Dorset Children’s Foundation shops in Boscombe, Pokesdown and Southbourne to help their charity shop workers preparing to return to work and for their delivery drivers, so that they can continue to take over 200 ‘bags of happiness’ to the families of local sick and disabled children living in total isolation.

Another fifty adult and children’s masks were donated to Ashley’s Birthday Bank charity for families that have financial difficulties, are living in poverty, or experiencing violence or neglect.

And finally, along with 10% of the proceeds, the Poole Hospital Heroes charity has received a batch of masks. The charity has been set up to support hospital workers at a time when they are faced with long hours and time away from their families and loved ones. Staff are being gifted goodie bags and other treats to help boost their morale. The masks, in adult and children’s sizes, will help workers to re-connect with people whilst protecting their health outside of the workplace.
