Ringwood based View HR, has appointed Heidi Roper, a qualified HR executive with over 20 years experience within personnel and recruitment as a Senior HR consultant.
Heidi, will use her first-hand experience of the challenges faced by both developing and established businesses. She has previously worked in the manufacturing, engineering and retail sectors, delivering strategic and operational HR requirements within a range of organisations. Whilst experienced in all things HR, Heidi specialises in developing strategies and people management structures to support business objectives and organisational growth. She previously sat on the Engineering Employment Federation regional advisory board as the vice-chair of the committee.
