Benjamin Marsden, Lexus trainee customer consultant has fast-tracked his success by completing the official Lexus training in under six months – a course which usually takes around two years.
Every new Lexus employee is expected to complete an official training course to reach ‘gold level’ over the course of several years while working for the brand.
Ben from Broadstone, joined Westover in July and works at Lexus Poole on West Quay Road. On joining, he started the course which included subjects such as marketing, sales and insurance and completed it in November. He has just been awarded his bronze certificate and is now working towards his silver and gold certificates.
Marcus Cliffe Ben’s mentor at Westover, said: “Training is an element of everyone’s job roles at Westover and Lexus Poole which we take very seriously and it’s important that all our team dedicate time to achieve the certificates.
“Being Ben’s mentor, he has shown some fantastic skills and he has adopted the Lexus Poole and Westover high standard of customer service which our customers expect.”
