Peter is introducing businesses and schools to the GC (Game-Changer) Index – a brand new, innovative assessment tool that measures not personality but impact.
“The GC Index helps you find how you make your best impact within a team,” explains Peter. “It helps leaders play their people in the right roles so that they have maximum impact. In my experience it’s always the team that makes or breaks the business.”
Game Changers score highly on imagination and obsession according to an extensive study; but there are five key players, all equally necessary to make a dynamic, game changing team: Strategists, Implementers, Polishers, Play Makers and Game Changers.
“Most people have two dominant proclivities but often don’t have clarity about what they are. When I realised that I had a high Game Changer score I understood why I had been so frustrated in an organisation that didn’t want to change or question the status quo,” says Peter. “A team that doesn’t have this self awareness will often be dysfunctional. Like every player in a football team trying to play striker. I’ve watched my kids’ primary school football team and, believe me, it doesn’t work!”
Peter’s team development days help transform staff engagement by ensuring teams are balanced, engaged, aligned and mentally well. He works with teams to help everyone understand their Changemaker Profile.
