Yasmin Cottrell has been appointed Resource Team Leader of TeamJobs’ Industrial division, less than five years after joining the Dorset, recruitment specialist as a temp.
Yasmin joined former Dorset Company of the Year TeamJobs as a temporary receptionist and went on to manage social media, before joining its Industrial division full time.
Her new role sees her managing the day-to-day activities of the department and monitoring individual and divisional targets.
Yasmin said: “I’m proud to have been part of the industrial team’s growth and success, which has included establishing partnerships with prominent clients such as the world leading, fume extraction giant BOFA, for which I was the initial account manager.
“Being responsible for the continued, smooth operation of the division is a role I relish and one I intend to develop to its full potential.”
TeamJobs encompasses Commercial & IT, Industrial, Hospitality, Engineering & Technical and TeamExecutive divisions and opened new, three-storey premises in Bournemouth in addition to its Poole HQ, in March 2017.
The firm was named Dorset Company of the Year in 2015 by Dorset Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) and was singled out by the judges for its commitment to staff engagement and wellbeing.
