Fans of Bournemouth Rugby can now get to and from the games by Yellow Buses after the company threw its weight behind the Lions’ charge for promotion.
The regular 737 bus that serves the airport also drops off at the Chapel Gate ground.
And Yellow Buses has now added a return journey to get fans back after the games.
It starts this Saturday when Bournemouth, current leaders in the South West Premier League, take on Drybrook who are placed 10th.
The 737 bus leaves the town square at 1.30pm and gets to the ground at 2:08pm, in time for the 2.30pm kick off.
For those looking for a few more drinks before the game, an earlier service leaves at 11.30am and gets in at 12.08pm.
The reurn service will leave after the game when the fans have boarded, around 4:30pm.
The bus runs from the square and picks up at the railway station, Winton Banks, Westover Retail Park, Brierley Road, Parley Cross and Viscount Road before heading for the Aviation Park Café, Chapel Gate and the airport.
The return service makes all the same stops.
Simon Newport, Yellow Buses’ head of commercial, said: “We decided to get behind the rugby club in the same way we support AFC Bournemouth.
“Running a service to and from games means fewer cars on the road and it also means fans can have a drink.
“We’ll be running the service back from games for the rest of the season and after this week kick-offs revert to 3pm.
“Obviously we hope the Lions keep up their winning form and win the title.”
