Local health, safety and hygiene manufacturer and distributor, Tower Supplies, held it’s end of financial year meeting at the Hotel Miramar on 7th June where it recognised long serving employees.
It was the turn of Gerrard Sellars, the company’s Subject Matter Expert in the Sales and Customer Service team that looks after cruise customers, to be recognised for 20-years continuous service.
Tower’s founder, Jonathan Aris, together with fellow Senior Partner Daniel Aris, presented Gerrard with a keepsake as a token of their appreciation for this dedication to the company’s mission to make the workplace a better place.
Also receiving applause from colleagues and acknowledgment from the Senior Partners for more than 10-years service each were Tony Moss, one of the company’s van drivers known to many Dorset businesses, and Bruce Woodfield who earlier this year was promoted to Director of Sales.
Jonathan and Daniel also mutually retorted their 32-years of working together before handing the meeting back to Charles Aris to continue the people development, innovation and continuous improvement theme.
