Maidmans Moving & Storage Limited are delighted to announce that their Director Steve Webber has been elected as the Southern Area Chairman of the British Association of Removers (BAR) where he will serve a two year term.
The area covers the Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire Region for all removal companies who are BAR members.
The Southern Area meets quarterly to discuss latest regulations and trends within the professional removals industry and to offer support and advice for Members if required.
In addition, Steve is the current Vice Chairman of the British Association of Removers Commercial Moving Group (CMG) which covers the whole of the UK. The focus of the CMG is to promote the benefits of using certified and professional companies who specialise in commercial moving. Steve will become Chairman in May 2019 for a two year period during an exciting period as the group continues to expand.
Steve has been directly involved in the removal industry for over 36 years in just about every capacity and his wealth of knowledge and experience has been recognised in these appointments
