New Ambassador Promises A Goode Result for Lewis-Manning Hospice Care

Lewis-Manning Hospice Care has appointed Carly Jervis-Goode as a Charity Ambassador, she has been appointed to help promote the services of Lewis-Manning Hospice Care across East Dorset and getting involved with fundraising events.

Carly has agreed to help develop and deliver three important projects to support fundraising which include:

 

  • The Great Dorset Tea Party initiative which she will support in collaboration with her catering business, Goode Choice Catering.
  • The Goode Time Ball, now in its third year and in memory of her dad, Ian Goode, will take place in October at Hoburne Park in Christchurch.
  • The development of a Christmas Memory Tree, which will become part of the famous Christmas Winter Wonderland in Bournemouth Gardens, which will be on displayed in aid of Lewis-Manning Hospice Care and Prostrate Cancer UK.

Poole, Purbeck & East Dorset.

Carly has a wealth of connections in the local area, she is a busy mum and business woman, and we know she will take on this Ambassador role with gusto so it’s hardly surprising she’s in the running for two BHStar Awards, and her company is the sponsor of the Leading Star Category.”

Helping Lewis-Manning Hospice Care for the long term, will enable us to succeed in delivering our mission to have a greater impact on individuals living with life limiting illnesses in Poole, Purbeck & East Dorset. We are thrilled she has taken on this volunteer role and share her expertise and experiences in aid of Lewis-Manning Hospice Care.

Clare Gallie concludes “As we enter this new and exciting phase we are looking for more local people to support our vision and help us promote our services to the wider community. We will be opening in Swanage from February and we are keen to attract ambassadors from Wareham, Swanage and Purbeck, as well as from the BH postcode areas.”
