Natalie Merry has joined Weymouth College as Director of Apprenticeships and Employer Services.
Natalie – who started as an apprentice – has previous experience working in management roles with both private and public sector training providers, most recently supporting an NHS Trust developing clinical and corporate apprenticeship programmes.
“Since the Apprenticeship Reform in 2017, I have worked with teams in the transition from Apprenticeship Frameworks to Standards, ensuring all programmes are suitable for the ever-changing needs of employers and the industry. This work will continue at Weymouth College where I will work, in partnership with local employers, to ensure our programmes meet the training and development needs of Dorset’s businesses and workforce.” Natalie Merry
