A payroll specialist is hoping to make it ‘three in a row’ after reaching the finals of the 2017 Payroll Awards.
PW Payroll Solutions won the ‘Team of the Year’ category at the 2016 contest. A year earlier Mandy Gardiner, Head of Payroll Services, was named Britain’s best payroll boss.
Now the Poole-based firm has been named as a finalist in three categories at this year’s awards.
It is a finalist in the ‘Service Provider Team Award’ category while payroll trainee Tiffany Wise is shortlisted for ‘Rising Star’ and Mandy Gardiner is a finalist in the ‘Best Leader’ category.
Mandy, who joined PW Payroll Solutions in 2005, said: “To be named as a finalist in one category is a great achievement but to be up for three awards is a real feather in our cap.
“The Payroll Awards are regarded as the leading independent awards for payroll, HR and reward professionals across the UK so to get this far is a huge boost for our team.”
Founded more than 27 years ago, PW Payroll Solutions provides outsourced payroll services to more than 500 clients nationally and internationally. In August it paid 10,761 employees on behalf of clients.
PW Payroll Solutions is owned by chartered accountants and business advisers PKF Francis Clark which has eight offices across the South and South West.
The 2017 Payroll Awards recognise and reward hard work and best practice in the payroll industry. This year’s event is held at the Hilton London Bankside hotel on November 2.
