Magdalena Lipinska, solicitor in Humphries Kirk’s Bournemouth office, has received a prestigious Worldwide Excellence Award from STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
STEP is the global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning. STEP Worldwide administers its awards twice yearly and recognises the top scoring students at distinction level in each of the exams globally.
Magdalena was one of two joint winners in England and Wales of the Certificate in Trusts.
On her success Magdalena commented: “I am so thrilled to have achieved this recognition from STEP Worldwide. It is such an important organisation within our industry and to be one of the top scoring students across the globe is truly an honour.”
As part of her work within Humphries Kirk, Magdalena specialises in Wills, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and management of private clients’ property and financial affairs.
